I recently bought a barrel from HK Parts and discovered the silcencerco 3 lug adapter does not fit. Looking up the specs on the silencerco adapter, it states it uses the B&T 3 lug pattern, so I assume the HKparts barrel uses the HK pattern, can anyone confirm this?

It is the design of the weapon which is a simple straight blow-back. The MP5, MP5/10, and MP5/40 are all easier to control then any of the UMP models due to the delayed roller-locking bolt.The one shown below is a sideplate mod with plastic weld to 2 Nylon-66 sideplates. Functions flawlessly, no cracks after 500 rounds. Survives twisting the mag in the well and a drop test (3 feet). I keep it in the "spares" box along with its twin (rounded corners, speckle paint finish, smoother look).
